RAS Plan Review and Inspection fees are determined by the project's estimated construction budget and are listed in the table below.

Missed inspection appointments will incur a $250 rescheduling fee. If you wish to reschedule an inspection, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Travel Fees

ADC is based in Austin and Corpus Christi, Texas. Projects more than 100 miles from either city will be charged a travel fee, evaluated on a case by case basis. Contact us to learn more.
